Inmate Vandalizes Jail Cell

An Armstrong County Jail inmate destroyed some of his cell property Wednesday.

Virgil Pass, 28 of Maryland, is charged with a misdemeanor institutional vandalism charge after vandalizing his jail cell window with a food tray March 16 at approximately 6:25PM.

This is Pass’ third criminal act while being incarcerated. Last month, he was accused of spitting in the face of a guard.

Pass is incarcerated on two simple assault charges, two aggravated assault charges, a harassment charge and a disorderly conduct charge.
