Police Busy With Ford City Investigations
The Ford City Police Department is conducting several investigations. The first one involved the theft of chain link fence, valued at approximately $450.00 from the address of 1507 5th Avenue in Ford City between approximately March 9 at 6PM and March 11 at 9PM.
The second investigation involved the theft of two claw feet cast Iron bathtubs, valued at approximately $200.00 from 1132 and 1134 5th Avenue between March 1 and March 4.
The third investigation involved an incident of someone scattering debris at 1210 6th Avenue on March 12, shortly before midnight.
A fourth investigation involved a hit & run traffic accident causing damage to the left side mirror of a 2000 Dodge Ram 2000 pick-up truck while parked and unattended in the 1100 block of 5th Avenue on March 16, 2011 between 7:35AM and 2:35PM.
