Ford City Teen Cited for Disorderly Conduct
Jay Thomas Shumaker, age 18, of 832 Ridge Ave., Ford City, PA, was cited for Disorderly Conduct from an incident that occurred on October 22, 2010 at approximately 9:25PM at the Ford City Football field for threatening a juvenile.
