Two Vehicle Crash in Plumcreek Township

Pennsylvania State Police report a two vehicle accident on October 20 at 9:50am along State Route 210 in Plumcreek Township. James Norris, 40, of Elderton was traveling in the right lane of State Route 210 northbound and Elmer Lloyd, 51, of Timblin was also traveling in the right lane. Lloyd moved to the southbound lane to pass the Norris vehicle as Norris then made a left turn into the southbound lane. The two vehicle collided and Lloyd’s vehicle left the roadway and continued through grass along the southbound lane. No injuries were reported. According to police Norris was cited for roadways lanes for traffic.
