Pennsylvania State Police Kittanning investigated an incident for criminal mischief that occurred sometime overnight between August 31 and September 1.
A gate that leads to a gas well on Tarrtown Road before Glacial Sand and Gravel in East Franklin Township was damaged. The gate was a metal fenced gate with an electronic key pad to enter. It appeared the gate was attached to a truck and was bent forward to that a vehicle was able to drive past.
