Kittanning Man Charged for Possession
Dmitri A. Koval, 27, of 1629 Freeport Road, Kittanning, was stopped by the Ford City Police on November 6 at approximately 10:16PM at Neale Avenue for vehicle equipment violations while operating a motor vehicle. Through an investigation, Koval was found to be in possession of marijuana. Koval was charged for possession of a controlled substance.
