Kittanning Man Charged for Illegal Vehicle
Lawrence Thomas Cousins, 45, of 1327 Sirwell Street, Kittanning, was stopped by the Ford City Police on October 19 at approximately 2:25AM at the State Route 66 and Plum Way intersection for a speeding violation. Cousins was charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle not equipped with an ignition interlock.
