Police Investigate Bethel Township Hit & Run

A Creekside man escaped injury following a two-vehicle accident on the Dime Road in Bethel Township shortly after 10AM on October 28.

According to Pennsylvania State Police Investigator Tyco Bock, a 2013 Peterbuilt 389 truck was traveling north on Dime Road. Another vehicle was traveling south operated by Samuel Adams, 23, of Creekside. Adams’ vehicle left its lane of travel and sideswiped the truck, impacting the left side marker pole light and sports mirrors of the truck. Adams continued traveling south, while truck operator traveled north and safely pulled into a pull-off area located next the intersection of Dime Road and Route 66.

According to Bock, no one was charged in the incident.
