Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Kristofer Brown has released information on an incident in Mahoning Township on Saturday, October 5 at approximately 7:40 PM.
An unidentified 50-year-old woman from Mt. Lebanon, PA, had her 2016 Jeep parked in the middle of the roadway on Route 28/66 north, approximately one-half mile south of Madison Road near Pheasant Farm Road. She was found to be under the influence of a combination of alcohol and a controlled substance. She was taken for a blood draw.
Charges are pending the lab results.
