An alleged drug dealer was apprehended in Armstrong County.
Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Jeremy Bowser said a traffic stop was initiated on Thursday, October 3 shortly after 9PM on Route 422 at Pony Farm Road, North Buffalo Township.
Andre Johnson, 37, of Arnold, was taken into custody on a Felon warrant and placed in the Armstrong County Jail.
Bowser said that Johnson had 38 bags of heroin in his 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe.
