Worthington Woman Possibly Injured in Vehicle Accident

A Worthington woman lost control of her vehicle on a local highway Wednesday morning and had to be taken to the hospital.

According to Pennsylvania State Police troopers, Lindsay Green, 32, was traveling north on Route 268 in Sugarcreek Township about 8:45AM when she swerved her 2006 Buick Rendevous to avoid a collision with other vehicles. But, in doing so, she lost control on a snow covered roadway, across the opposite lane of travel and down over an embankment.

Green was taken by Sugarcreek Township EMS to ACMH Hospital in East Franklin Township.

According to another accident report, a Greensburg woman did lose control of her 2011 Chevrolet Cruze along the same roadway a few hours earlier, but was not injured.
