None Injured in West Franklin Crash
A Kittanning woman and her two passengers were not injured after their vehicle hit a patch of ice and lost control January 16.
At about 6:30PM, Richelle Livengood, 22, lost control of her 2002 Jeep Wrangler along County Line Road in West Franklin Township and almost into oncoming traffic.
However, Livengood overcompensated and instead struck an embankment on the side of the road.
The vehicle did have to be towed by Mohney’s Towing.
According to State Police troopers, Livengood will be charged with not driving at a safe speed.
