Women Jailed Following Domestic Dispute
A pair of Kittanning women spent the night in the Armstrong County Jail following a domestic disturbance early-Tuesday morning.
According to Pennsylvania State Police troopers from the Kittanning barracks, Kayla Schrecongost, 26, and Helen Dongilli, 54, both were involved in a physical altercation about 2AM yesterday morning.
Both women sustained minor injuries at an East Franklin Township residence.
According to court documents, both women were charged with second-degree misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment.
Both were jailed on $2,500 bond following their arraignment by District Magisterial Judge James Owen.
Preliminary hearings are scheduled for next week.
