Firearms Violator Captured
A Kittanning man was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police troopers for purchasing a firearm officially in August while being prohibited to do so.
Michael Nolf, 25, purchased the firearm along Main Street in Manor Township, but has since been charged and brought before District Magisterial Judge Gary DeComo in Ford City.
