Route 28/66 Crash Information Updated
Monday afternoon’s crash along Route 28/66 near River Road in Boggs Township actually involved five injuries.
According to the updated Pennsylvania State Police report, four adults and a juvenile were all injured and transported to ACMH Hospital for treatment of minor injuries caused during the two vehicle crash at about 4PM.
Jenna Najera, 22 of Halethorpe, Md. - the driver of the 1998 BMW S28i in the crash - will be charged for failure to obey traffic control. According to troopers, Najera pulled into the roadway and in front of the other vehicle, a 2006 Pontiac Vibe.
