The Pennsylvania State Police reported a single vehicle crash near 779 Worthington-Slate Lick Road in West Franklin Township.
The crash occurred on Wednesday, September 25 shortly after 7AM.
A 2011 Mazda driven by Kristeena Radaker, 24, of Worthington was traveling west when a deer attempted to cross the roadway. The impact damaged the vehicle’s left headlight and grill.
Radaker was not injured in the crash, according to Investigating Officer Chad Krumpe.
