This past June, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) closed State Route (SR) 2061 (Lover’s Leap Road) in both directions due to a landslide. While originally estimated to re-open yesterday, PennDOT estimates that SR 2061 will remain under lane restrictions until at least October 2019. The lane restrictions on SR 2061 go from Mule Hollow Road to Pitt Street in Gilpin Township.
