The Kittanning Borough Planning Commission attempted their monthly meeting last night, but was one person shy of having a quorum. In attendance was (L-R) Gary Stover, Michael Johnston, Alan “Butch” Puccetti, and Ronald Ruffaner. Missing members included: Michael Rizzo, Sean Walker, and Jayne Koster. Jerry Cable had previously resigned the committee.
