Pennsylvania State Police investigated a one-vehicle roll-over crash on Scenic Drive in Manor Township on Friday morning, moments after midnight.
During the investigation, Trooper Burkarth reported that the unidentified 31-year-old male driver from Natrona Heights displayed signs of impairment. He was subsequently placed under arrest for suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. The driver was also found to be in possession of non-prescribed pills and drug paraphernalia. Charges are pending lab results of blood test.
