An incident occurred on New Year’s Day at Dollar General in Manor Township.
State Police are currently investigating the theft of a cell phone. It is alleged that someone lost their cell phone and it was recovered by an unknown individual. That individual then messaged the victim for her Apple ID. The victim arrived at the Kittanning Barracks in hopes of having the phone retrieved.
Charges have not yet been filed and the suspect has not been identified.
