State Police have investigated a theft at Kittanning Care Center in Kittanning Township.
Trooper Elliott responded on New Year’s Day at 12:35 AM and interviewed Susan Pauline Raivo, 46, from Brackenridge. Raivo told Elliott that she stole two Fentanyl patches from the inventory. Charges will be filed.
