PennDOT to Reveal Plans for West Hills Bridge Project

The public can offer their opinion about the impact getting to and from West Hills Industrial Park and ACMH when this bridge gets rehabbed.

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Engineering District 10 cordially invites you to attend a public plans display held in open-house format for the T-763, Glade Drive, West Hills Bridge over Route 422 East and West replacement project in East Franklin Township.

The purpose of the plans display is to present the proposed plans for replacement of the bridge carrying T-763, Glade Drive, West Hills Bridge over Route 422 Eastbound and Westbound. Preliminary information on the project’s status, schedule, design, and right-of-way acquisition will be available for review and comment. PennDOT representatives will be available to answer questions.

Anyone with knowledge of historic resources in the project area, or comments on potential impacts to historic resources should attend this meeting.

The public is welcome to attend at any time during the open house hours.

The meeting will be held at the East Franklin Township Building, 106 Cherry Orchard Avenue, Kittanning on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 - from 5:30-7:00 PM.
