The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s (PennDOT’s) Engineering District 12-0 will be holding a Public Meeting for the Salina Bridge Project.
The Salina Bridge carries State Route 1060 over the Kiskiminetas River and Norfolk Southern Railway in Bell Township, Westmoreland County and in Kiskiminetas
Township in Armstrong County.
The meeting will be held in an Open House format which will allow you to attend at a time that is convenient for you between 5-7 PM on April 26. It will be held at the Bell Township Volunteer Fire Department Recreation Hall, 201 Main Street in Salina. A short presentation by the design team will occur at 5:15 PM
The purpose of this meeting is to present the Salina Bridge (SR 1060) Project. PennDOT representatives, along with design consultants, will be available to answer questions. Preliminary information on the project’s purpose and need, status, schedule, and viable bridge alternatives will be available for review and comment. Meeting attendees will be solicited as to their opinions on the identification of a preferred alternative.
