EAST FRANKLIN - Charges have been filed against an East Franklin Township man for assaulting a woman during an argument. Police state 40-year-old Keith Kenneth Pyle was in a verbal argument with 33-year-old Kristy Lee Lloyd when it turned physical. Pyle allegedly punched the victim in the face, threw her to the ground, and kicked her on Saturday evening.
