WEST KITTANNING - A 20-year-old unidentified male from Shelocta was taken to ACMH Hospital for a blood withdrawal to determine if he was operating his vehicle while under the influence of drugs. Police made the traffic stop in West Kittanning on Route 268 when it was observed he was driving without his headlights on at almost 2AM on Sunday.
