COWANSHANNOCK - State Police are looking for the person or persons that stole a substantial quantity of pain medication from an 85-year-old woman living on Margaret Road in Cowanshannock Township. The meds were stolen between the dates of October 31 through November 6. Sources close to the incident say a caregiver may be suspect.
