Police Investigating Washington Township Fire
Pennsylvania State Police Trooper and Fire Marshal David Jungling and others in his unit are investigating how a fire started in Adrian late-Thursday evening.
A detached garage was destroyed along Holly Road after it started burning about 11:10PM. About $310,000 in damages is reported.
Garage Owner Raymond Fiscus, of Adrian, was not injured, however.
Volunteer firefighters from Washington Township, Applewold Borough, East Franklin Township, Worthington-West Franklin, Sugarcreek Township, Kittanning Township, Kittanning Hose Company #1 and Rayburn Township all responded to assist during the blaze.
Emergency units cleared the scene about 3AM.
Last month, Trooper Jungling ruled a East Lackawanna Township (Mercer County) fire was caused by arson, and he is investigating a two-story house fire in Butler County from earlier this month.
