Armstrong High School Students Charged Following Incident
Two 14-year-old females are be charged with disorderly conduct following an incident at the Armstrong Jr.-Sr. High School last Tuesday.
While preparing cookies for sixth grade orientation, the girls admitted to putting dish detergent and pieces of dead skin in the baked goods.
The incident was discovered before the baked goods were served. None of the cookies were offered for consumption to any students. The baked goods were destroyed.
Both juveniles were suspended from school and charged.
