There was another four-wheeler accident in Kittanning Twp Monday evening. I think people riding these ATV’s need to be wearing helmets at all times. A kid was riding on Silvis Hollow Road which is illegal to start with and he hit a mailbox with his head, apparently and ended up in a Pittsburgh hospital with a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain. I have a relative who comes here from out of state and can’t believe it when he sees people riding motor cycles without a helmet. If this kid would have had a helmet on, he wouldn’t have gotten his injuries to his head.
