OBIT: Clifford M. Fair (Cowansville)
Clifford Moesta Fair, 71, of Cowansville, died on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at home surrounded by his family.
Born in Kittanning on November 3, 1943, he was the son of Frederick and Anna Lourene (Moesta) Fair. He was a craftsman by trade.
He attended First Baptist Church in Kittanning. He enjoyed music, gardening, woodworking, and doing extensive art work.
He is survived by two brothers: Fred (Kaye) Fair of New Castle, and Sid (wife) Fair of Kittanning; sister: Karen Fair of Cowansville; nephews: Gary Fair of Florida, and Kirk Fair of Pittsburgh; nieces: Tamie (Todd) Crawford of Kittanning, Marni Watkinds of New Castle, Michele Dodge of New Castle, and Melissa Swogger of North Carolina; and seven great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother: Jud Dee Fair.
Friends will be received from 4-8 PM Tuesday, March 17, 2015 in the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning. Visitation will continue at the funeral home from 10AM until the time of a funeral service at 11AM on Wednesday, March 18, 2015. The Reverend Ken Thompson will officiate. Interment will be in the Sherrett Cemetery.
