Educational Trust Partners for Information Session

The Armstrong Educational Trust and Constructioners Association of Western Pennsylvania have partnered together to provide an informational session on how to successfully enter the heavy and highway construction apprenticeship programs next week.

Held at 5:30PM December 4 at the educational trust offices along 81 Glade Drive in West Hills, the information session will provide insight before apprenticeship applications are accepted in December.

“We are excited to offer this informational session as as way to let people in the community know of the apprenticeship opportunities available in the heavy and highway construction industry. In addition, how the AET can help applicants prepare for their entrance exam, Board President Vickie DeThomas said.

CAWP Executive Director Richard Barcaskey added that his organization is also looking forward to the partnership next week. The trade association represents more than 200 heavy and highway construction companies in 33 counties of Western Pennsylvania.
