Armstrong County Commissioner George Skamai, who finishes his term of office at the end of this month, continues to draw inspiration that takes form on a canvas. In fact, his “doodling” during meetings sometimes had had more value than the meeting itself. Skamai has painted many different scenes. This one is from 2009.
