Nearly 1,000 toys were collected by members of the Lions Club for the 2019 Joe Alese Toy Drive.
The 29th Annual Joe Alese Toy Drive made Christmas a bit merrier for children in Armstrong County.
On Tuesday morning, Moms and Dads arrived at the Masonic Lodge to select toys for their children.
According to Lions Club organizer Brad Baillie, a total of 993 toys were received in this year’s toy drive. Leo Club students in local schools collected 918 toys and Lions Club members supplemented with 75 toys.
