A free winter coat giveaway has started at the St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store in Kittanning.
Coats are available every Tuesday through Friday, now until the end of March between the hours of 10AM and 3PM.
Any individual that needs a winter coat or jacket may choose one from any untagged supply that is in stock.
There is a limit of one coat per person and person must be present to receive coat.
