A 20-year-old woman from Pittsburgh has been charged with Criminal Trespass Defiant in Sugarcreek Township last Saturday afternoon.
Chelsea Burton was witnessed trespassing on private, posted property while hunting off Snyder Hollow Road.
Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Eric Maurer said a citation has been filed at the office of District Magisterial Judge James Owen.
