Dr. Paul Lobby (right) was elected as president of the Armstrong School District Board of Directors at an re-organizational meeting last night. He succeeds Chris Choncek, who retired after serving 12 years on the school board. Directors also elected Stan Burdell (left) as vice-president - a position Lobby held before becoming president.
