The Cadogan Hall was converted into the Hallo-Hall last Wednesday to accommodate trick-or-treaters.

“Yes, Dorothy, there ARE man-witches!” Bob Paroli got to participate in the fun in Cadogan.
In addition to witches and goblins roaming the streets of Cadogan last Wednesday night, the township provided a safe place for them in the municipal building.
Supervisor David Round was pleased with the response, but credited volunteer agencies and individuals for its success.
“We had 107 kids show up,” Round reported. “The candy was sponsored between the township supervisors and 8 or 9 people donated and brought their candy down (to the hall) and we had like 12 buckets set up so the kids would go down and pick one thing out of each bucket. They came out with a nice bagful of treats. It was good.”

Halloweeners were able to go pick treats from each basket down the line in Cadogan.
