A Kittanning man was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol after his vehicle’s license plate was not active.
State Police Trooper Nickolas Elliott stopped Brandon Pinkerton, 34, shortly after 1AM on Thursday, October 3, after the plate of his White Ford F150 was discovered to be a dead plate. The traffic stop was initiated on Johnston Avenue.
After further investigation, Pinkerton showed signs of intoxication. He was transported to ACMH Hospital where blood was drawn.
Charges will be filed pending results of blood test.
