An unidentified 55-year-old man and an 18-year-old female are being questioned by State Police about mistreatment of a dog.
Trooper Walker was dispatched to an East Franklin Township home on Brice Road for a report of possible animal cruelty on Thursday, October 25 at approximately 7PM. When Walker arrived, a mixed breed dog was found in need of veterinary care.
The investigation is continuing.
