An Elderton man was apprehended on Thursday afternoon, October 25, and charged with Criminal Trespass.
According to State Police Trooper Bock, Scott Dereck Boyer, 36, was observed entering the residence at 110 West Main Street, Apartment 4, in Rural Valley Borough. According to the report, Boyer was observed with a knife. When police arrived, Boyer allegedly tossed a bag containing drug paraphernalia.
Boyer was taken into custody and charges were filed with Magisterial District Judge Kevin McCausland.
