Spooks and goblins, witches and ghosts are expected to take over the streets of Kittanning and Ford City during the annual parades, both scheduled at 7PM. Kittanning is sponsored by Kittanning Hose Co. #1 and Ford City is sponsored by the Ford City Lions Club.
