Pennington
Freshman Chatham University student Rebecca Pennington has earned her first career win with a 20:52 first place time at the Waynesburg Invitational.
She finished first out of 117 runners with a time of 20:52. She beat the next PAC opponent by just under a minute.
Chatham raced against Waynesburg, Grove City, Geneva, Saint Vincent, Muskingum, Wheeling Jesuit, W&J, West Liberty, Bethany and Pitt Greensburg.
The Cougars host the Eden Hall Invitational on September 29th.
Pennington is a graduate of Karns City High School.
