NORTH BUFFALO - A crash occurred yesterday shortly before 3PM in North Buffalo Township. 18-year-old Nicholas Stright of Worthington was driving a 1998 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 west on Route 128 at approximately 45 mpg. He began passing another vehicle. While overtaking the vehicle, he lost control of the vehicle and swerved as another vehicle was approaching eastbound. His truck spun 180 degrees, traveled across both lanes of traffic, traveling off the south side of Route 128, overturning on its passenger side, and traveling down the embankment into a creek. The driver was transported to ACMH by Ford City Ambulance for suspected minor injuries, according to Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Nolan Cavanaugh.
