About 5 years ago I bought tires from Diehl in Butler, The guy running the parts dept tried charging me twice, for 4 tires instead of two. That same week a female friend took her Jeep there because it was running rough. She showed me the estimate since it was high, over $600. I called the guy and questioned him about it. Basically it was for changing the air filter and spark plugs. Everything else was a cleaning. I fixed her Jeep in the driveway for less than $50. I’ll never go back there. I don’t know if the same guy is still running the parts dept, doesn’t matter.
