PARKS - State Police are looking for the driver of a vehicle that crashed on Kepple Avenue in Parks Township last Thursday. The 30-year-old operator struck an embankment and the vehicle rolled onto its roof. The suspect fled the crash scene. Drug paraphernalia was found inside the vehicle.
