Area fire departments were at Hilltop Plaza on Saturday for its annual Trick-Or-Treat event. Plaza businesses gave out treats to all the kids. Because the event typically draws a large number of children and parents, the fire departments provide safety and crowd control. Those assisting were Applewold, East Franklin, and Kittanning Hose Co # 1.
