The Karns City Girls Softball team rallied in the 7th inning to defeat Chestnut Ridge and gain the District 5-9 Class 3A title at Windber High School yesterday. The Lady Gremlins won 5-3 over the Lady Lions. Karns City is back in action on Monday against WPIAL runner-up Deer Lakes in the PIAA Playoff. (submitted)
