RAYBURN - A 27-year-old man was injured on May 20. State Police report that Travis J. Hartzell of Kittanning was driving a 2012 Kia Sorento around 3PM. The vehicle traveled off the roadway on Clearfield Pike in Rayburn Township and struck a guide rail. The crash occurred 574 feet east of 2nd Street. Hartzell declined ambulance transportation to the hospital. Investigating officer Jordan Eckman could not ascertain the severity of his injuries. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Terry’s Towing. State Police did not file any charges relating to the accident.
