NORTH APOLLO - A 24-year-old man is being charged with Simple Assault. According to Trooper Peter Schultz, State Police were called to a home at 1403 Center Avenue in North Apollo to investigate a possible assault. Upon further investigation, it was determined that an unidentified 25-year-old woman was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend. This incident happened on May 20 at approximately 4:30 AM.
