EAST FRANKLIN - An unidentified 32-year-old woman is being charged in an incident at Total Fitness gym in the Hilltop Plaza. Pennsylvania State Police report that on May 18, the accused ripped the headphones out of the ears of a 22-year-old unidentified Manorville woman, then punched the victim’s car, and threatened the victim. The incident happened shortly before 10PM. Charges of Harassment are being filed.
